Holly Noe, the owner, has been in all aspects of the window treatment business. Holly’s window covering experience started at Vista Products in 1997, where she held multiple positions. She began as a sales rep calling on Home Depot to National Accounts Manager and then Sales Administration and Merchandising Manager. Upon the merger with Custom Brands Group, she managed the Inside Sales position. She is also the trained facilitator for Integrity Service and has led many training sessions, graduating over 200+ team members. Her passion grew deeper with the move to Rowley Company in 2021, as the Business Development Manager overseeing the launch of the Blinds & Shades Division. While purchasing fabrics, components, and machinery to build shades, she assisted in creating the sample book, pricing and worked with IT to integrate a new software program.

After stepping away from the corporate world, Serendipity Blinds and Shades was born. Unexpected luck has a way of finding you when you least expect it. She embraced the magic of serendipity and allowed it to bring good things into her life.

She loves spending time with her beautiful daughter, two rescue cats (Tori & Thomas) along with their Shitzu’s (Cocoa & Buddy). Disney is their favorite place to visit and get some much-needed mother/daughter time. She loves to travel and makes a point to go to a new country or state every year. Making memories and enjoying every moment is her passion.
